Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Please note that your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. As we always have patients waiting for appointments, we require no less than 2 working days notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

In the event of a genuine emergency cancellation, there will be no charge. However if on more than one occasion, patients cancel less than 2 working days or fail to attend an appointment, a charge may apply.

Facilities

Our premises and downstairs surgery is accessible to wheelchairs.
There is also a disabled toilet and private car park.
